See All ReviewsAbsolutely fire chilaquiles here. They give you a good size serving so you better be hungry when you get there. The cafe de olla is spot on as well, i had about 2 cups in the restaurant and another to go, thats how good it is. Also not pictured here but the gansito pancakes are a must try! They are very well balanced they dont even need any extra syrup! Unless if you have a sweet tooth then maybe a tint bit, but paired with the cafe de olla, it is an unbeatable duo. There was about an hour and a half wait time but we ended up only waiting about one hour in total.
We tried coming for brunch on a Sunday, but the wait was about two hours. We ended up coming back on a Wednesday instead and there was no wait at all. The chilaquiles were really good, lots of flavor and the meat was cooked just right. They actually tasted authentic, like something we’d make at home. The pancakes were also pretty good. The service was friendly and everything came out quickly. I’d definitely come back again, just during the week when there’s not a long line out the door.
Hidden gem in Fort Worth! The food is phenomenal. The atmosphere and service are on point. This place is worth a trip across town. Our kids got the pancakes and had a great time on the patio. The coffee is also really good. New favorite brunch spot.
